At Frank Deposit American Couture, we value your privacy. We believe in protecting our clientele as if they are our family members. We will not sell your information to third parties and we offer the option to decline or accept cookies. We will never discuss or make public any personal information about our clients and operate with fiduciary duty to protect our clients interest . Any Information collected will be utilized “in house” to connect with and update our clients or future clients, and to suggest clothing or services we offer that we think you will enjoy based on your preferences.
At Frank Deposit American Couture, all sales are final. All garments are made to order and require, time, effort, materials, dedication and love to conceive and create. Therefore, it is against our policies to issue returns. We also do not accept exchanges at this time due to health and sanitation purposes.
All items, will be shipped from the USA. Shipping rates and timeframes are outlined based on what you choose at checkout for hand made goods. For any items that are shipped free as a courtesy, we will issue tracking information to your email. All orders and commissions will receive tracking information.
During your Custom fashion design creation process we will make sure that we are utilizing necessary tools and services to get correct measurements for your custom fashion design. There is an opportunity for a measuring fitting and for one formal fitting . These are included in your design consultation. You may choose the option to just send your required measurements that you have taken yourself, or with your local tailor if you prefer (please be accurate to within 1/8th of an inch to ensure accuracy.) Any additional fittings are subject to extra cost.
During the formal final fitting and finalization of your fashion design, up to two sizing alterations (if presented at the same time) are included with your custom fashion design. All style changing alterations are subject to extra cost and will require additional time to complete.
While choosing your materials, if you decide to change your materials or styles you may be subject to an extra cost. The processing time after the initial fashion design consultation and materials arrive, is one to eight weeks including shipping and handling to deliver to you, depending on the complexity of your design. If additional time is needed we will communicate directly with you to make sure we meet your deadlines.
We are located in the USA and handcraft all garments in the USA. We do offer travel service for some clients to fit and alter garments, but there will be additional screening, and charges associated with travel, which vary depending on your location.. Please note in your order if you require travel service to complete your garment.
Each garment is handcrafted in the USA, and made to order using local materials.
